7 Quality Tools

There is many tools for analyse an incident (problem). But in terms of Quality we can get 7 tools out from there and called them as Seven Quality Tools. 

  1. Check Sheet
  2.  Histogram
  3.  Pareto Charts
  4.  Scatter Diagram
  5.  Cause and Effect Diagram
  6.  Flow Charts
  7.  Control Charts

These tools are commonly use around the world to analyse data collected by various types projects.(5S projects, KI - ZAN projects and also in Quality Circles) hereafter i will take one by one and briefly explain in future posts.
